Types of Massages

Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage

Deep tissue therapeutic massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique uses slower strokes and friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue therapeutic massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
60 minutes – $75 and 90 minutes – $100.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is similar to a Swedish except the pressure is firmer. Deep tissue massage is a relaxing massage and the most popular. It is a more gentler massage for problem areas than the Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage but can be just as effective.
60 minutes – $75 and 90 minutes – $100.

Relaxation Massage

A relaxation massage is a gentle, refreshing massage. The Swedish/Relaxation massage utilizes long, smooth strokes in order to achieve relaxation and enhance circulation.
60 minutes – $75 and 90 minutes – $100

Hot Stone Massage

The Hot Stone Massage technique we use is a lomi lomi based massage using basalt stones from volcanic areas in order to maintain the heat. A Hot Stone massage will cause you to completely relax. The heat from the stones will relax tight muscles and cause you to become like jell-o when you leave.
90 minutes – $115

For your convenience, we have provided a Client Intake Form to fill out and bring with you to your first appointment.
