Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage
Deep tissue therapeutic massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique uses slower strokes and friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue therapeutic massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
60 minutes – $75 and 90 minutes – $100.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is similar to a Swedish except the pressure is firmer. Deep tissue massage is a relaxing massage and the most popular. It is a more gentler massage for problem areas than the Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage but can be just as effective.

Relaxation Massage
A relaxation massage is a gentle, refreshing massage. The Swedish/Relaxation massage utilizes long, smooth strokes in order to achieve relaxation and enhance circulation.

It is very important for you to inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. Some medical conditions are contraindicated for massage therefore you should always inform your practitioner of all medical conditions prior to your session. If you are under a doctor’s care, you will be required to have written approval for massage from your doctor.
